Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the order date under EU/Türkiye distance-sales regulations. However, since our service is "one-time digital content delivery," the withdrawal right ends the moment the transfer actually begins (Art. 16(m) of EU Consumer Rights Directive; Art. 15-1/ğ of Türkiye Distance Sales Regulation).

2. Refund conditions

Full refund (100%)

  • If the order was placed but the transfer has not started yet — refunded same day on request.
  • If a technical failure on our side prevents the transfer from starting at all.

Partial refund

  • In a multi-account order, if one or more accounts fail due to our technical issue, $1 per failed account is refunded.

Non-refundable cases

  • You provided incorrect IMAP details (host/port/password) preventing connection.
  • The transfer was interrupted because the destination quota was exhausted.
  • The source provider (e.g. Yandex) suspended the account, blocking access.
  • Requests received after a successful transfer.

3. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment channel (PayTR / Lemon Squeezy / wire) within 14 business days. Card refunds may take an additional 1-10 business days to appear in your statement, depending on your bank.

4. How to request

Email refunds@easymailtransfer.com with your order number. We respond within 24 hours.

5. Chargebacks / disputes

We kindly ask you to contact us first before opening a chargeback with your bank. Direct outreach often resolves the issue faster.
