"Service" refers to the IMAP mail migration service operated by Easy Mail Transfer ("EMT") at easymailtransfer.com. EMT is an individual service provider based in Türkiye.
1. Service description
EMT transfers email messages from a source IMAP account to a destination IMAP account, preserving folder structure, attachments, flags, and original dates. The process is automated; human intervention occurs only during support requests.
2. User obligations
- You represent that you own or have explicit authorization to migrate the accounts you submit.
- Unauthorized migration of third-party accounts is prohibited and your sole legal responsibility.
- You may not request migration of accounts used for spam, fraud, or illegal content; detection results in immediate termination.
- Your IMAP password is stored encrypted only for the duration of the transfer and erased on completion.
3. Pricing
The service fee is USD $1 per source account. Payments in TRY are charged at the daily exchange rate. Accepted methods: PayTR (TR cards), Lemon Squeezy (international cards), or bank transfer. Transfer does not start before payment confirmation.
4. Delivery time
Transfers start within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. A typical mailbox up to 50,000 messages completes in 1-2 hours; larger archives and destination server throughput affect duration. No SLA is guaranteed; performance depends on source/destination IMAP capacity.
5. Limitation of liability
EMT is not liable for indirect damages arising from:
- Source or destination server rate-limiting, transient errors, or downtime,
- Incorrect IMAP/SMTP credentials provided by the user,
- Destination storage quota exhaustion,
- Third-party payment gateway outages.
EMT's maximum liability is limited to the amount collected for the affected order.
6. Service modification/termination
EMT reserves the right to modify pricing, features, and technical infrastructure. Existing paid orders are completed under the terms in effect at the time of order.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
